Hunty biden illegally deducted payments to hooker and sex club from his taxes, says IRS whistleblower
If you're a young American you probably know what taxes are, but you know almost nothing about federal income taxes. Short answer: the higher your "taxable income," the more tax you pay. And the percentage of your income that you're forced to pay--your tax *rate*--increases with taxable income. This is called a "progressive tax."
Ask your parents what they know about the IRS.
The rules for figuring income taxes take up roughly 30 feet of space on a library shelf. They're so arcane--incredibly complicated and buried in 30 feet of rules and case law--that there's an entire industry of professionals paid by wealthy people to show 'em how to cut their tax bill. Top tax attorneys bill $500 per hour.
The key to reducing the amount of income tax a person must pay is to identify "deductions," which reduce your actual income to a lower "taxable income."
So what qualifies as a "deduction"?
Ah, glad you asked. Roughly half of those 30 feet of rules and court cases on taxes are devoted to that very question. Short answer is that only "legitimate business expenses" are deductible. So the cost of renting an office and hiring a secretary are deductible.
By contrast, you're not allowed to claim the cost of food to feed your family as a deduction. A crack-head couldn't deduct payments he made to hookers for his personal pleasure. And if you try that, you're either gonna pay a big fine or possibly go to jail.
Unless, of course, you're Hunter Biden.
IRS whistleblowers just told a House committee that Hunter Biden deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments he made to a prostitute and for membership in a sex club from his income. The whistleblowers pushed to have him charged with tax fraud, but rulers higher up the chain of command refused.
So Hunter was eventually charged with failing to pay over $2 MILLION in taxes, but the case ended with a pre-arranged plea deal with federal "prosecutors" in which a Hollywood attorney paid the tax for him, and Hunter got no fine nor jail.
Amazingly, a few right-wing extremist critics are deriding that as a "sweetheart deal." Can you imagine?
It's nice to be the princeling son of a corrupt ruler, eh? You can do anything you want, with no penalty.
One whistleblower, IRS criminal supervisory special agent Gary Shapley, told lawmakers that the Justice Department's tax division and the prosecutors handling the Biden probe viewed the deductions as "a slam dunk case of tax fraud." Big penalty for you or me, but not for Hunty.
The investigator told Congress that Biden deducted payments to "no-show employees," including a woman Biden called his "West Coast assistant" who the investigator said "was essentially a prostitute."
Hunty deducted a payment of $10,000 by calling it a "golf club member deposit," when it was actually for a sex club membership.
But anyone who tells you "There are two sets of laws in this country: one for the powerful, which lets them do anything without penalty, and a very strict set of rules for ordinary working people" is a dangerous right-wing extremist, and should be reported to Homeland Security immediately.
