biden executive order will produce 30% more Democrat votes

In one of his first acts after taking office, Biden signed Executive Order 14019, titled “Promoting Access to Voting.”  It ordered every federal agency to use taxpayer-funded resources to engage in voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts.

Democrat: "How can you object to that?"

When a person applies for food stamps, public housing, Medicaid or any welfare programs, federal agencies have access to the information that would enable the agency to register the applicant to vote.  And those registered are overwhelmingly likely to vote Democrat.

Moreover, biden's order went even further, ordering all federal agencies to allow "third-parties" like MoveOn and Organizing for America, selected by the White House, to engage in voter registration activities on federal agency premises.  Those groups have repeatedly been caught submitting fake voter registrations in the past, and could easily do the same now.

The biden regime has refused to disclose the full details of the agencies’ plans to carry out this order, nor has it disclosed which groups the White House has approved for the special permission to work on federal property to register voters.

State attorneys general should sue the regime to bar agencies from carrying out biden's order. There are at least two legal grounds: First, Biden’s executive order violates the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), as the executive order directs all agencies to assist in registering voters whether or not they are legally authorized to do so under the NVRA.

Second, the order violates the elections clause of the Constitution, as it orders federal agencies to engage in activity (registering voters) that has always been reserved to the states.

So, what can Congress do to help?  The majority-GOP House could vote to cut off the funding needed to carry out this executive order.  But they won't, because even though it's obvious to all that biden's ORDER to have welfare agencies register voters will produce mostly Democrat votes, the GOP knows the Dems will scream that any attempt to stop this perfectly *wonderful* order will be...wait for it..."voter suppression."
