biden DOJ shut off investigation into source of Hunter's income in tax fraud, IRS whistleblowers say

WASHINGTON — Two IRS whistleblowers told Congress in closed-door testimony released Thursday that the biden Justice Department covered for Hunter biden in the investigation into his tax fraud—and revealed stunning details indicating the president was involved in his son’s business dealings with China.

Whistleblower Gary Shapley testified for over six hours.  Among the shocking details made public by the House Ways and Means Committee:

*The US Attorney for Delaware, David Weiss, who has sole authority in investigating the case, sought to bring federal charges against Hunter last year in both California and in Washington, DC, but was denied both times by Biden-appointed US attorneys--Martin Estrada and Matthew Graves, respectively.

*According to the second whistleblower, who is still anonymous, between 2014 and 2019 Hunter and his various shell companies received approximately $17.3 million from Ukraine, Romania and China—with Hunter  alone pocketing $8.3 million.

*Investigators pressed for felony charges against Hunter for failing to report or pay tax on $2.2 million in payments from foreign sources.  Instead Hunter was charged with misdemeanors, which were settled in a plea deal with no fine or jail time, as announced Tuesday.

*Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf discouraged investigators from pursuing lines of questioning related to Joe Biden, saying at one point that there was “no specific criminality.”  When the IRS got permission to search a storage unit in which Hunter had stored business records, this same Assistant U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf tipped off Hunter's lawyers, giving them time to do anything they wished with the contents of the storage unit before it could be searched.

The revelation that Biden appointees blocked charges against his son is politically explosive.

Shapley, who sat for a six-hour deposition with the committee on May 26, took over the Hunter Biden case in January 2020 and said that investigators had turned up fresh evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s overseas income.

That included eye-popping communications from Hunter Biden’s iCloud account, Shapley said, citing a message that directly implicated the president in an attempt to coerce money from a Chinese businessman.

“[W]e obtained a July 30th, 2017, WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao, in which Hunter Biden wrote: ‘I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,'” Shapley recounted.

“We couldn’t believe that we saw that,” the second whistleblower told the committee. “That was more indication that the dad might have been involved.” 

Shapley said that on Oct. 22, 2020, the team and Wolf stated that U.S. Attorney David Weiss had "reviewed the affidavit for search warrant of Hunter Biden's residence and agreed that probable cause had been achieved."

"Even though the legal requirements were met, and the investigative team knew evidence would be in these locations, Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf stated that she would not allow a search warrant on Hunter Biden," Shapley said.

He also discussed an instance in December 2020 when Hunter Biden vacated the Washington, D.C., office of his Owasco firm and put all of his documents into a storage unit in northern Virginia.

"The IRS prepared an affidavit in support of a search warrant for the unit, but once again AUSA Lesley Wolf objected," Shapley said.

According to Shapley, Weiss (leading the investigation into Hunter Biden) agreed with Lesley Wolf that if the storage unit wasn’t accessed for 30 days, "we could execute a search warrant on it."

"No sooner had we gotten off the call then we heard Lesley Wolf had simply reached out to Hunter Biden’s defense counsel and told him about the storage unit, once again ruining our chances to get evidence before it could be destroyed or removed," Shapley said.

Needless to say, this is explosive.  The House should drag Lesley Wolf in to testify immediately.

Stupid, stupid people.  You deserve to lose your country, which has already happened.  If you think you can change this outcome by voting, you're mistaken, because elections only work if they're honest, and the Democrats have proven they'll use massive fraud to win.

I don't feel the least bit sorry for what will happen to you.  I hope it's painful and gives you time to reflect on your role, but you probably won't make the connection.  You'll probably blame "global warming" or some such horseshit.

I do feel sorry for your kids and grandchildren.  They didn't do anything to deserve the shit sandwich you've handed them.  Fortunately for them, they won't have any idea how great things were before you flushed it all away by your stupidity.
