How did the Mainstream Media cover the press conference showing biden bribery?

If you're like most Americans you get ALL your "newz" from duh Mainstream Media.

Yesterday morning members of the House Oversight Committee presented evidence that the biden family has taken millions of dollars in bribes from foreign entities, including Chyna.  An hour later a squirrely GOP congressman, George Santos, was indicted for fraud.

One of those two events was WAY more newsworthy that the other.  But let's see how the Lying Mainstream Media covered them, eh?

Not a single tweet or new story about the bombshell revelations by the long, evidence-filled press conference by members of the House Oversight Committee about Biden family bribery schemes.

By stark contrast, here's how many tweets the Mainstream Media issued about the trivial-by-comparison Santos story:
  • Washington Post: 2 on Santos
  • NY Times: 3 on Santos
  • Politico: 2 on Santos
  • CNN: 1 on Santos
  • MSNBC: 2 on Santos
  • ABC News: 3 on Santos
  • CBS News: 2 on Santos

Starting to realize how they control what you believe yet?  Nah, didn't think so.

Every one of my liberal friends and siblings believes that if the networks and WaPo and NYT didn't report something, it didn't happen.  That may sound impossibly stupid and naive but it's really semi-logical, because one would expect that such resource-rich "news" outfits would have the resources to know what's happening, and since they're ostensibly in the "news" business, they'd report important events, eh?

But what my liberal friends don't realize is that the Mainstream Media is NOT in the "news" business, but in the "newz" business: carefully controlling what you're permitted to see, to make Democrats look great and Repubs look bad.

For the moment, the Internet allows Americans to get news unfiltered by the gatekeepers.  But only one percent of Americans know, or care.  "Too much trouble," eh?  "Why should I take the time to comb thru the Net for information that contradicts the government, when I can just relax and let the Media do it for me?"

And if you look around you, you see the results of that reliance.
