Democrat legislator in Maryland introduces bill saying no one under age 25 can be charged with "felony murder"

In Maryland, as in most states, when a group of thugs is committing a felony, like robbing a bank, and one of the thugs kills someone, the entire gang is charged with "felony murder."

That crime doesn't carry the same penalty as first-degree murder, but the charge was intended to make every member of the gang pay for conspiring to commit the crime that killed someone.

Now: both Baltimore and the rest of the state are totally awash with crime.  So what do the Democrats who run the shithole propose to reduce that?

One Democrat in the state legislature has proposed a law that *no one uner the age of 25 could be charged with felony murder.

The head of the state's "Juvenile Justice service" says no one under the age of 21 should be "introduced to the justice system," because the brain is not fully developed.

Ah.  So their "brain" is developed enough to drink alcohol, choose sex-change surgery, vote, get a credit card, get married, own a gun...but supposedly NOT developed enough to know that joining a few fellow thugs to rob a bank is wrong?  Are you kidding?

However, opponents of HB 1180, like Republican Delegate Susan McComas say Democrats are only using mental capacity when it comes to soft on crime policies.

This is how Democrat members of the pack "think."  It's who they are.
