More on biden regime refusing to enforce law barring people from demonstrating at judges' homes

Does the Constitution mean what it clearly says?  Specifically, that the president "shall take care that the laws are faithfully enforced"?  If it does, biden is committing impeachable offenses every day.

You may have heard that a leftist nut-case was arrested near the home of Supreme Court justice Kavanaugh.  The nutter had a bag with a semi-auto handgun, several loaded magazined, zip ties, a hammer and other "tools."  He admitted his mission was to kill Kavanaugh.

Problem is, for the past month leftists have been massing outside the homes of the justices thought to be conservative  They're doing this to try to intimidate just one weak justice into changing his or her vote on repealing Roe.  And neither biden nor his corrupt attorney-general has lifted a finger to prevent it.

Dems: "Wait, we have freedom of speech!  We can assemble anywhere we want, and scream leftist slogans at anyone, all night long!  Yay, Constitution!

Normally that's true, but judges have so much power that congress didn't want demonstrators to be able to intimidate them into getting the vote the demonstrators want.  So they passed a quaint thing called "a law"--18 U.S.C. § 1507 which states that anyone who “pickets or parades...near a residence [of a judge] "with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror or witness” shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

Biden simply refuses to enforce that law against his leftist supporters.

To get an idea of how they know full well about this law, and know they're failing to enforce it against Leftist, after leftist activists posted a map of the homes of Supreme Court justices and encouraged their comrades to mass-protest outside their homes, that ghastly lying bitch Jen Psaki smirked. "The president doesn't have an official position on where people protest."

Biden is surely aware of this law, because he has in-house counsel.  But he's just decided not to enforce these laws in order to allow his leftist allies to intimidate the justices.

Not one of the leftists who have spent years harassing Supreme Court justices with protests outside the court and even their homes has been sent off to prison. Nor will they be. Pounding on the doors of the Supreme Court, marching around the homes of justices, and trying to prevent them from coming to court have become basic parts of the Democrat playbook.

Even after the nut-case was arrested near Kavanaugh's home and admitted he'd come all the way from California to assassination the guy, leftists are continuing to protest outside his home.  Cuz hey, why not, eh?  They know they won't be arrested.

The nutter got Kavanaugh’s address off the internet after leftist activist groups posted the addresses of all the conservative justices and encouraged protesters to intimidate them and their families in their homes.

Justice Kavanaugh and his family have been relentlessly harassed since the nomination, the smear campaign and during his time on the Supreme Court. Those threats escalated with the leaked draft decision and were whipped up into a frenzy by the media with Big Tech complicity.

After the draft decision was leaked, fresh death threats poured in for the conservative justices. Twitter threats that still remain up include “ok I will kill samuel alito" and "we either gotta expand the scotus to 15 judges or kill clarence thomas." While Twitter censors conservatives, these death threats are still up.

But it wasn’t just random social media nutjobs. Violent rhetoric had been embraced by the Democrat leadership trying to appease and incite their increasingly deranged leftist base.  Here's the damn majority leader of the senate, Chuck Schumer:

Protesters harassing a traffic court judge would face charges, but the leftists who have forced Supreme Court justices to hide out at undisclosed locations know the DOJ won’t charge them.

A DHS memo noted that, "threats discussed burning down or storming the U.S. Supreme Court and murdering Justices and their clerks." Nevertheless, its spokesperson insisted that it, "is committed to protecting Americans' freedom of speech and other civil rights and civil liberties, including the right to peacefully protest." Much like the Black Lives Matter riots, leftists harassing justices is a mostly peaceful enterprise except when one of them brings along some zip ties.

The refusal to enforce the laws and stop the leftist harassment is the definition of an inside job.

A Soros-funded group called "Demand Justice," headed by a former Schumer aide, launched a campaign to force Justice Breyer to resign.  They hired a billboard truck driving around the Supreme Court with the message, “Breyer, retire. It’s time for a Black woman Supreme Court justice. There’s no time to waste."

After Breyer agreed to step down to make way for a racial quota leftist, Demand Justice bragged to their supporters that their "gushing fire hydrant of bullying tweets" helped force a justice off the court.

Even now there’s no sign that AG Garland or the DOJ intend to stop the harassment of conservative justices. While Democrats rant about “threats to democracy” from conservatives, conservative justices in the nation’s highest court have been forced to go into hiding at undisclosed locations for over a month.

Conservative justices are now all too aware that when future cases come before the court, leftist mobs will force from their homes to try to influence their vote, and the Biden administration and Attorney General Garland will wink at the intimidation because it helps the Democrat party.

Had a conservative been caught planning to assassinate Sotomayor, Kagan, or the most open racist on the court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, it would be the leading nationwide story, accompanied by urgent warnings about the "grave threat to our democracy."  The media would have no difficulty connecting the dots between the assassination plot, conservatives and every Republican candidate and elected official.
