Dem senate leader tries to pass Dem election-stealing bill at 3:30 a.m....by unrecorded "unanimous consent" vote!
At 3:30 a.m. Wednesday morning Democrat senate majority leader Chuck Schumer brought S.1--a bill that would remove control of elections from the states--a bill critics say amounts to a federal takeover of elections--to the floor and tried to pass it by a procedural trick called "unanimous consent."
That's a process that's normally used to pass bills naming, say, a Post Office or bridge after some local figure. It's never been used to pass a highly controversial bill like S.1., and I can't find any evidence that suggests a senate leader has been so underhanded as to even TRY such a trick.
And yet Schumer--in a move SO typical of underhanded, corrupt Democrats--tried that at 3:30 a.m., after the senate had finished 15 hours of amendment votes on the $3.5 trillion budget resolution (fake infrastructure bill).
Only one objection senator objected: Ted Cruz.
So...did you hear about Schumer's attempt to pull this 3:30 a.m. dirty trick to pass an election-stealing bill? Bet you didn't. A search gives ZERO hits from any Mainstream Media outlet. How...curious. Guess the MSM didn't consider the unprecedented attempt to sneak the ghastly bill through to be newsworthy, eh?
Wait...it couldn't be that they didn't want Americans to see a Dem dirty trick revealed, could it? That could wake up a few more brain-dead low-information voters. Can't have THAT, eh?
As someone noted, if your party has to bring a bill up at 3:30 a.m. to get it passed, it's definitely an evil bill.
