Minnesota school board makes a rule, principal violates it, student complains. School board smirks.
In Minnesota a school board had a RULE--sacrosanct, not to be violated on pain of firing, eh? It was "No political posters in our schools!"
Easy to understand, eh?
Well...after a school principal put up "Black lives matter" posters in an elementary school, a bright student said "Hey, you said there was a RULE against putting up political posters. So what's going on here?"
So what do you think the school board did, eh? Did they order the principal to remove the posters?
Hahahahahahahahahaha! I see you just arrived on the planet! Enjoy your stay!
So if the posters stayed up, did the board junk their formerly inviolable RULE against political posters?
Hahahahahahahahaha! You're kidding, right? Instead they told the complaining student "Shut up!"
And that was the end of it. So actually it taught all the students with an IQ over room temperature a valuable lesson: school boards, like all government entities, are utterly hypocritical and thrive on double-standards. Here endeth the lesson.
