CNN: Biden to "showcase his *moderate radicalism" in big televised address

What the hell is a "moderate radical"?  The two words seem to be self-contradictory.  

But not to Democrat-loving CNN.  The cunning propagandists at CNN expect their followers will lap up this word-salad without a single question.  Cuz idiots have no problem with self-contradicting word salad.  In fact such nonsense just reinforces their worldview.
