Yes, you got it:  In the presidential election last November, Democrats who run the entire government of California were delighted to allow all mail-in ballots for Biden to be counted, even if they had no signature, or signature didn't match, or no witnesses.  That is, fraudulent ballots for Biden were welcomed with open arms and a blind eye to fraud.

But when it comes to recalling the darling, precious Democrat who rules Cali with an iron fist--the nephew of Nancy Pelosi--the Dem establishment SUDDENLY has a very keen eye for un-dotted I's and uncrossed T's.  

It's almost like they had two wildly different standards, depending on the party.
