Leftist "U.S. News" claims bills barring giving 12-year-olds puberty-blockers would bar trannies from "participating in sports"

 "U.S. News and World Report" is just another leftist Dem-loving, wokie, tranny-pushing rag.  Here's their latest headine on their website:

Republican State Lawmakers Push Wave of Bills Targeting Transgender Youth

At least 28 state legislatures are weighing measures that would bar trangender youth from participating in sports or receiving medical treatment.

Last week Arkansas became the first state to pass a law that the Democrat propagandists at "U.S. News" claim "bars physicians from providing gender-affirming treatment to transgender minors." 

 

Of course you noticed that the sub-headline said "measures" being weighed (by Republican lawmakers, obviously) "would bar transgender youth from...receiving medical treatment."  OMG, THAT'S INHUMANE, eh?

But if you read the actual story it says the Arkansas law "bars physicians from providing gender-affirming treatment to transgender minors."  Note the cunning weasel-term "gender-affirming."  What that really is is "sex change treatment."

Wow, that's not nearly as attention-grabbing as "medical treatment," eh?  And no one is trying to prevent adults from trying to change their sex, just children.  And as some have noted, there are a LOT of things we don't let kids do, because they don't have the experience and maturity to handle those things.  Alcohol, driving, voting are all age-restricted.  Yet the people pushing tranny-wokie claim we should trust kids to make those decisions as young as ten or so.  It's pretty crazy.

 

Now let's look at the phrase "would bar transgender youth from participating in sports."  That's total bullshit.  Boys are still free to participate in organized K-12 and college sports.  They just have to compete as..wait for it...boys.

 

"OMG, THAT'S INHUMANE," eh?  Nah.  But letting boys compete against girls is just fine with the tranny lobby, cuz fairness, you bigot!
