Doctor (?) says of mask refusers "let 'em die." Then claims folks took him out of context. Then...ouch

 Take a look at the two tweets below, from same guy claims to be an M.D.  In the left tweet he says, literally, "Let 'em die."  Then after people blasted him, he responded with the tweet on the right, saying

"Republicans trying to take my words out of context, as if I deny medical care to people that don't wear masks & 'let 'em die.' My point is that we can't waste our energy on these COVID deniers... so let 'em die."

So this a$$hole claims Repubs were twisting his words when they accused him of being an a$$hole for saying "let 'em die," then in his huffy defense says...wait for it..."let 'em die."  Exactly the type of insane illogic we've come to expect from Democrats.  Good job, Cleavon!  You've proved all the stereotypes were true.
