More testimony before Georgia senate committee-- held on Dec 30 so virtually no one has seen it
Video from Georgia senate subcommittee, Dec 30th, as tech experts from "Voter Integrity Project" testify that 104,000 of 120,000 ballos in one particular "batch" of arriving numbers were said to be "adjudicated." They say that when a ballot is dropped into the "adjudicated" folder, the Dominion Voting System software does several things:
- the original scanned image of the ballot is replaced with an image showing a printed ballot having the adjudicated (supposedly "corrected") version;
- that once this happens the original image of the printed, scanned ballot is overwritten with the supposedly corrected version;
- that it is no longer possible to view the original ballot;
- that there is no indication of who made the decision to adjudicate the ballot, or where or when that was done;
- that any recount would simply be adding the numbers produced by the same flawe, vulnerable process;
I have no idea if these claims are correct (which is why they all needed to be heard in a court, where the claims could be subject to cross-examination or verified), but if it's true this would be evidence that the Dominion counting software is flawed and that the claimed results should not have been accepted. It's true that the flaw doesn't prove fraud, but it also shows that the system was unreliable. Democrats say "So what? You MUST accept the claimed results or you're overturning the will of the people!"
But the so-called will of the people has not bee determined. To get the significance of this, suppose in a presidential election where just 12,000 votes separate the candidates, someone drives up with a truck full of ballots. No one knows where they're from, but one party demands that they nevertheless be counted. If the claims are correct, that's the effect here.
