Head of Pennsylvanla's health department is a perfect pick

Pennsylvania has a Democrat governor (Tom Wolf), and he's almost a parody of a left-wing dictator.

In 2015 Wolf appointed Richard L. Levine as secretary of the state's Department of Health.  Cuz, see, the head of that department was a great manager, rock-solid reliable, not crazy.

Two years later Richard started wearing dresses and insisting that people call him "Rachel."  Cuz nothing inspires good mental health like...um...well, take a look:

Ya know, with his/her management skills, I really think Biden should consider him/her for his VP pick. Of course the real coup would have been for the Dems to nominate Pete Buttigeig for the top slot, and for Pete to name "Rachel" as Veep. Really, that would have appealed to most of today's Democrat base.

First national party to recognized that when it comes to running the country, nothing is more important than diversity.
