Flynn's new attorney schools former emperor Obama on the law--and it's devastating

The FBI threatened Mike Flynn that they'd prosecute his SON unless he pled guilty to lying to the FBI.

Of course "plea bargains"--in which an accused pleads guilty to a lesser crime to avoid being tried for a more serious crime--are legal, but the FBI's threat isn't a plea bargain, and is not legal.  If you don't know that it's illegal for the FBI--or any other gruberment agency--to coerce someone to plead guilty by threatening to prosecute one of their family members, you need to move to Russia or Cuba right away.  You aren't smart enough to be an American.

Flynn retained the services of a connected but unethical DC law firm, which, instead of defending their client, seems to have been more interested in helping the FBI convict Flynn.  They failed to do several obvious things, then urged Flynn to plead.

As most parents would, Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI, and was sentenced to prison.  But at some point Flynn realized his super-expensive, connected DC law firm didn't seem to be working for him.  Oh sure, he was paying them--handsomely--but they were dogging it.  Phoning it in.

After paying 'em for two years Flynn finally figured it out, and hired a new attorney: Sidney Powell.

Powell was ridiculed by the sophisticated DC establishment and the liberal media, but she turns out to have more balls than anyone else in the DC cesspool--the swamp Trump is trying to drain.  But with the inadvertent help of Judicial Watch, Powell obtained FBI texts and other documents showing the federal judge in the case that the FBI had lied from start to finish, forged the report of their interview with Flynn, and even kept the "side deal" (Flynn agreeing to plead guilty in exchange for the FBI agreeing not to prosecute his son) secret from the court.

Illegal, from top to bottom.  And all done by people appointed by Obozo or his appointees.

Well...a couple of days ago your former emperor, Barack Hussein Obama, held a conference call with a bunch of his fans, during which he said this:

“There is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of  stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional  norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”

Unlike Obama, Sydney Powell is a real lawyer--and she handed Obama his ass in an open letter demolishing every point Obama and the FBI made.

Whenever a thug is handed his ass, it's a thing of beauty to watch.  And it's immeasurably more fabulous when the ass-kicker is a 50-ish white woman who's been sneeringly dismissed by the entire clique of "Washington cool elites."  So here ya go:

If you believe in truth and justice, and that no level of  government should ever be allowed to break the law as the FBI and the Obama administration did, repeatedly, Sydney Powell's memo is a thing of beauty.

I predict no mainstream media outlet will report this.
