AOC lies, brazenly; media guys yawn

One of the most effective tactics used by Democrats is to simply tell brazen lies, knowing that their allies in the Lying Mainstream Media will never call them on any of the lies.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez used that play repeatedly when she appeared on a HipHop radio station in New York City to lie about Republicans.  Here are some of the things she said:

"[Republicans'] goal is to make sure that frankly, government as we know it is dismantled."

She claimed Republicans "aren't after solutions; they want to deepen corruption" as well as "eliminate Medicare and Social Security."

"The way that they justify it is by having this argument that none of this is worth it. That's like really the core of it. They don't believe in a future. I mean, I just don't think they believe in a future for the United States so they're just like, 'Let's get ours.'"

Of course the sharp communist radio hosts never disputed a word of her rant, despite the fact that not a word of any of it was true.  So to the extent that the morons in her district believe what she said, they now believe Republicans want to end Medicare and Social Security.

Amazing.  Brazen lies, and yet the media never questions or counters.  Cuz as Harry Reid famously replied when a reporter accused him of lying when he claimed Mitt Romney hadn't paid any taxes: "It worked, didn't it?"
