How bad people indoctrinate your kids to believe "Dad is bad" and "capitalism is evil"
Most people over 30 have a fairly good set of filters that help them recognize bullshit. What adults often forget is that younger people don't have this bullshit-detector, so they often buy into nutty ideas. Like "free college," "open borders," "free guaranteed income for all," "Green New Deal" and any of the other dozen or so crazy policies being pushed by today's Democrat party.
Bad people--and there are lots--know how to get young Americans to believe...anything.
See if you recognize this conditioning in, say, everything the mainstream media--and social media-- push. Powerful peer pressure works, damn near every time. It's indoctrination. The desire to be "one of the cool kids" is almost impossible to resist. I mean, you DO wanna be one of the cool kids, right?

- Isolate 'em from their parents. Get them away from people who actually know "c'mere from sic 'em." College does this quite nicely.
- Then convince the young that their parents are merely cogs in the evil patriarchy, and that only young people (not their parents or other adults) are "enlightened." Teach them "Dad is bad."
- Convince them that through magical thinking they have attained special knowledge--the knowledge required to make the world better. Teach them that following what Dad tells them is stupid--"Dad is bad."
- Convince them that only by "overthrowing Dad" can society reach Nirvana, where there is no hate or inequality of outcome; where everything is free and nothing requires effort or self-discipline.
