Who just said (in essence) 'These people think the rules for everyone else don't apply to them'?
One of the most popular tools used by corrupt politicians is to accuse the other side of whatever you've been guilty of. One reason this is popular is that it takes the offensive, getting the accusation out against the opposition before they can accuse you of the actual crime you committed.
For example, who d'ya think uttered the statement below?
It happened in totally Democrat-ruled Seattle. Hilliary and Bill have been doing a speaking tour of "evening with..." events in strongly Democrat U.S. cities. And predictably, the crowd in Seattle applauded and laughed at all the "right" times.
Exit question: Are Bill and Hilly really that clueless, tone-deaf, lacking self-awareness, or do they really believe they haven't done the "Your stupid rules for little people don't apply to us!" thing again and again and again?
BTW, the quote at the link above is from the Seattle Times, which never met a Democrat or Dem policy it didn't swoon over, so you can rely on its accuracy. That is, the reporter and editors saw not a smidgen of hypocrisy or lack of self-awareness in the statement. Which should tell you all you need to know about the Times.
For example, who d'ya think uttered the statement below?
“These people, they don’t believe the same set of rules apply to them that apply to everyone else.”That line was spoken just four days ago by Bill Clinton--arguably the most slimy, corrupt president until Barack Obama.
