How the Mainstream Media makes Americans think up is down

One of the ways the Lying Mainstream Media helps Democrats win (even if it harms the U.S.) is by...well, lying.

Example:  About two years ago Trump correctly, legally instructed the State Department to stop giving visas to residents of seven--yes, seven--of the 57 Muslim-ruled countries: the ones that appeared to be the source of most of the terrorist activity in the world.

He did that without convening a committee, nor a panel of elite PhDs--because the threat was immediate.  Committees take a year or two to reach a conclusion, and then the results can be debated for another year.  Trump correctly saw that convening a committee was NOT the way to ensure the safety of U.S. citizens in a timely manner.  So he acted, entirely within his authority under the Constitution--which was once considered the supreme law of the land.

Well...the Dems and Left predictably screamed that Trump's action was a ban on all Muslims entering the U.S.  That was a brazen lie, but the Left has never been constrained by little details like that.  They saw a way to make Trump look like a dictator--a claim that, if accepted by a small percentage of voters, would help the Dems defeat him in 2020.

And thanks to the Lying Mainstream Media a majority of Americans now believe Trump's ban on visas from seven--count 'em, seven--of the 57 Muslim-ruled nations was really a ban on all Muslims entering the U.S.

Think I'm exaggerating?  Take a look at the pic below, from Reuters.  The Dems and the media were eager to deceive voters by telling 'em Trump was banning all Muslims from entering the U.S.  The fact that this was a brazen lie didn't slow 'em down a bit.

Now: Do you think for a second that this is the only time the Left and the Lying Mainstream Media have pulled this crap?  If so, I've got a great deal on a bridge to Brooklyn I can sell ya, cheap.
