Female Somali Muslim about to take over House seat has committed fraud and perjury

In Minnesota a photogenic female Muslim from Somalia--Ilhan Omar--is about to replace Muslim Rep. Keith Ellison in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Ellison chose not to run again as he has been named as the state's attorney-general (where he can wield more power and influence).

Ellison's and Omar's district is virtually 100% Democrat, so whoever wins that party's nomination--as Omar has--will be the next congress-creep from the district.

 

Minnesota is thoroughly, reliably Democrat, so the media and Democrats have been thoroughly uninterested in an...interesting...allegation about Omar:  that in 2009 she seems to have married her brother--a fellow named Ahmed Nur Said Elmi--despite already being married to another man.

That allegation has been public for nearly two years, yet Omar has refused to answer specific questions about the charge.

In 2017, a few months after the claim that Omar had married her brother surfaced, she filed for divorce--specifically a "default divorce" from Elmi.  That type of filing required her to claim she could not locate the man to whom she was married.  Such filings require that the applicant attest under penalty of perjury that all statements are accurate.  Omar made that declaration, swearing she had not had contact with Elmi--her legal husband--since June 2011.  

But in 2014 three photos posted on her personal Instagram account showed her visiting Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in London that year.  Moreover, an investigator from Minnesota was able to locate Elmi in London in a matter of days.

The evidence suggests that Omar married her brother in order to help him fraudulently gain U.S. citizenship.  If a conservative Republican had done this, the Minneapolis media would have been screaming bloody murder for months.  But because the perp is a Democrat female who is also black, the media hasn't asked Omar a single question.  And when citizens have attempted to do so, they've been shouted down with cries of "Islamophobia!!!!"

Now, you don't live in Minnesota, so why should this be any concern to you?

Answer is that if the Somali Democrat has shown herself willing to defraud U.S. immigration law, and commit perjury in a sworn court filing, what does it say about her respect for U.S. law?  Is there anything she won't do to advance her own interests, and those of Muslims, regardless of illegality?
