What percentage of federal judges would you expect to be foreign-born?

Statistics (if they're based on honest data) reveal things.  For example, what percentage of all U.S. judges would you guess are foreign-born?

Obviously intelligence is found everywhere, but there's no apparent reason why foreign-born people are either smarter or better acquainted with our legal system than those born in the U.S.  If that's true, what percentage of federal judges--all appointed by American presidents--would you expect would be foreign-born?  Two percent?  Five percent?

The U.S. District Court for DC has 15 judges.  Five of them were born outside the United States.  What are the odds of this happening by chance?

So the odds of one-third of the judges in the DC district court being foreign-born happening by chance are close to zero as to be...zero.  So if this didn't happen by chance--and you just saw that it didn't--how the hell did it happen?  Someone made it happen.  Question is, who?

All five were appointed--for life--by Democrat presidents.  

You need to know that district judges are the bottom of the federal ladder, but all lower-court judges can have a huge impact on how well a case fares on appeal, by what testimony they allow or bar, and what questions they allow or bar on cross-examination.

Didn't used to be this way.  But starting in 2014, Obama appointed Tanya Chutkan, born in Jamaica.  Before being appointed as a f'g federal judge, she had no experience as a judge.  She has ruled in dozens of anti-Trump lawsuits.  Obama also appointed Amit Mehta to the D.C. court.  Like Chutkan, Mehta also had no previous experience as a judge.  

The other three foreign-born judges were appointed by bribem.

You also need to know that for the last 50 years or so, presidents have only appointed judges from a pool of candidates recommended by the American Bar Association, which is so far left you can't believe it. 

Democrat: "Dis jus' a conspiracy theory!  Duh Left isnt that cunning!  Statistics are jus' tools of duh oppressors!  Maff beez raaaacis'!" 

Ahh, got it.  

Honestly, since I don't have kids, my interest in this is entirely academic.  I look at the society we see around us as a fascinating experiment.  Started out promising, now crippled by a lack of sunlight and honesty.
  Leftists will bleat that LOTS of pro-Dem, anti-Trump rulings have been made by judges born in the U.S, so this proves that foreign-born judges had nuffin to do wif' any of dis.  They claim the courts are "saving ouah precious democracy."  Ahh, got it.

But where are 90% of lawsuits against the president are filed?  DC district court.  It ain't a secret.

Democrats: "Dis jus' conspiracy talk!  Yew jus' don't unnerstand!  Next yew gonna be claimin' J6 insurrectionists were jailed without charges and denied bail, or something equally absurd!"
