IRS says 1.3 million *fewer* tax returns from California in 2023 than 2022

According to IRS records, in 2023 almost 1.3 million fewer federal tax returns were filed listing California as the state of residence than the previous year.  Since the average population of each congressional district is 761,000 or so (per Wiki--yeah, I know), that should result in the loss of at least one House seat, or more likely two, since the state's population loss probably also dropped in 2021, 2022 and last year.

So will California lose one or two congressional seats?  Of course not--because despite the huge drop in tax returns listing Cali as the filer's state of residence, the state's population hasn't dropped, because of the huge inflow of illegal aliens.  And guess what, citizen: Back in 2019 "your" unelected judges RULED that for purposes of apportioning House seats, non-citizens, both legal and illegal, had to be counted as "population."

What a great system!
