21 Dem states sue to undo Trump's dismantling of the Dept of "Education"

The Dept of "Education" was created by corrupt congresswhores seeking votes from the teachers' unions.  Like all gruberment agencies, it now wastes billions every year.  Current budget $268 Billion.

The U.S. is $36 TRILLION in debt.  As a direct result, we now pay more just in *interest* on that massive sum than we spend on defense.  And since the gruberment spends more than it makes every year, the only way to pay that vast interest is to...wait for it...*borrow the money!*

And as anyone who knows the equation for "exponential growth" knows, this will keep getting worse--unless someone in power takes action.

The corrupt congress stubbornly blocks EVERY effort to kill any federal spending or agencies.  They can do that even when the Republicans have a majority in *both* the House and senate, because of the filibuster.  For young Americans that means Democrats can block any bill they want to with just 41 votes.  And they routinely do that.

So...the DoEd spends $268 Billion last year.  Only a tiny fraction of that goes to teachers or schools, instead it pays bureaucrats to demand endless "reports" from public schools.  It quietly pushes LGTBQRSTUV bullshit, including sex-changes for kids.

Anyone who's borrowed money knows about "exponential growth."  Trump certainly does, and knows we have to cut spending to avoid national bankruptcy.  So he directed the Secretary of Education to cut half the employees at DoEd.

Now he's signed an EO to dismantle the entire department.  And predictably, last week a "coalition" of 21 Democrat-ruled states sued to block Trump from doing *anything* to reduce the size and cost of the DoEd.

The lawsuit says

If you're a young American you don't realize the implication of that last phrase: that's from Article 2 of the Constitution, listing the responsibilities of the President.  And it's setting the stage for yet another impeachment.

It's interesting that when Democrat presidents fail to enforce valid U.S. laws (like immigration law) neither the Media nor the "elites" are the least bit concerned.  But Trump's order to dismantle the DoEd immediately triggered the lawsuit cited above.

As anyone who knows math knows, the U.S. is doomed if we don't start reducing our national debt.  And to do that we *must* cut wasteful gruberment spending.  The Democrats are determined to not allow that--and will impeach him yet again for trying it.

They'll claim the only legal way to cut spending is by congress passing laws.  But as noted above, congress can and will block any law seeking to cut spending, as long as they have 41 seats in the senate--which they always will.

There's one way to save the U.S. (literally, cuz if spending isn't cut, we're doomed):  If the Supreme Court *reverses* its 1972 ruling that the president must spend every dollar appropriated by congress.

Of course the court is scared to do that, so it will decline to take the case, allowing the ruling from 1973 (or so) to stand.  And as noted earlier, congress will never vote to reduce spending.  Congresscritters don't care about what the iron laws of compound interest say.  Maff beez raacis'.

(For young Americans: Most pols don't believe math and equations.  Democrat "educators" in Seattle actually claimed "Maff iz racist!!  Tools used by duh eeebil Oppressors!"  Seriously, they said math is racist.  

Highschool sophomore: "Wait...I thought engineers needed to know math to design jet airliners or tall buildings."

Democrat "edu-crats:"  "Wow, look at the time!  My government jet is waiting to fly me back to D.C. to do important work fo' duh pipo!"

See, 96% of engineers are white, so they're clearly part of a secret society that uses maff to oppress duh pipo.  Yeh, dat's it.

Now here's the twist: While the Democrats would obviously love to impeach and remove Trump, they win even if they don't have the senate votes to remove him from office--because he's already the only president to be impeached twice, and this would be the third time.

Yet another impeachment wins undecided voters over to the Dems, and allows the Dems to claim (for the history books) that they "stood up to duh eeeebil Orange Hitler!!!"  

SO...the stage is set for the showdown: Trump knows that if a president can't cut wasteful spending, the nation is doomed, because the utterly corrupt congress will never pass laws to do it.

Here are my predictions:
  1) the lawsuit by 21 Democrat-ruled states will result in leftist DC "district judges" and the DC Court of Appeals ruling for the Democrats;
  2) Trump will appeal to the SC;
  3) The SC will refuse to take the case, allowing the 1970s ruling on "impoundment" to stand;
  4) An hour after that ruling, House Democrats will file articles of impeachment.

I suspect this will all happen before the mid-term elections (November, 2026), but that depends on how quickly the case gets to the SC.
