Walz signed a law allowing abortion up to the moment of birth--without saying that was what it did

From the literal text of Minnesota bill HF1, cunningly titled the "Protect Reproductive Options Act," signed into law by the lying POS Tim Walz on 31 Jan 2023:

For purposes of this section, "reproductive health care" means health care...for the purpose of preventing pregnancy [or] terminating a pregnancy....
    Reproductive health care" includes, but is not limited to, ...abortion;

The law goes on to declare that every "individual who becomes pregnant" [they couldn't say "woman," cuz...wokie bullshit] has the right to get an abortion.  Okay, but what the law does NOT do is establish any limits on when "individuals" can do that.

One of the clever ways evil lawmakers warp societies is by passing laws that omit conditions and limits.  Naive readers don't spot anything amiss that's not there, but then later the Left/wokiez use the lack of limits to claim this was always the intent.  And in this case that was exactly the goal.

Bottom line: the law signed by Walz allows abortion up to the moment of birth--and was intended to do so.  Now, that may well be what most Americans really want, but I doubt it.  Regardless, that's now the LAW in the Dem-ruled state of Minnesota--as the Dem-ruled lawmakers and Walz intended.
