biden/harris/mayorkas/garlands' open-border policy continues to work its magic on U.S. women.

Last November 21st a Colombian national named Rigberto Hoyos-Alban waltzed across our southern border.  He was caught by the border patrol, who offered him a ride to the nearest Holiday Inn in their air-conditioned van.

Then, following the orders of the biden regime, with the full and total support of all the dumb Democrats who voted for him, the illegal alien was released.  Border Patrol officials gave him the usual gentle notice to please appear before a biden immigration judge at some future date convenient for him--and promptly released him to go anywhere he wanted in the U.S.  

Magic, eh?
 
Ol Rigoberto managed to go almost four months before he began raping American women.  On March 13 city cops in Rhode Island arrested him on two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, two counts of sexual assault in the second degree, and one count of felony assault on a mentally impaired person.

So the very next day, while ol' rigoberto was still in police custody in Rhode Island, deportation officers filed an "immigration detainer" on him with the prison where he was being held--on five rape charges!

For young Americans, an immigration detainer is a very official document that officially tells state police that they're holding an illegal alien who needs to be deported.  Of course like most Democrat-ruled states, Rhode Island's rulers have declared the state a "sanctuary state," so its cops ignore these detainer requests--not just carelessly but deliberately.  Every time.

And if you follow the outrageous horseshit of legal insanity under Democrats, you've already guessed what happened next, eh?

Sure: Like other "sanctuary states," Rhode Island's rulers have ordered their cops not to honor "immigration detainers," so state cops ignored the immigration detainer and promptly released Hoyos-Alban, after profusely apologizing to him for the inconvenience.

Just so we're clear, they released a guy charged with five rapes.  Without requiring any bond.  And because he was an illegal alien, any rational person would expect him to flee back across the border to escape all punishment.  Insane.

And in a totally unexpected move (sarc), ol' Rigoberto promptly beat feet back to the Mehican border, where he was caught by Deportation officers on May 22.

Now, children, what have we learned?  That the southern border is wide open, with no consequence whatsoever for illegals.  That Democrat shit-hole states consistently refuse to honor detainers, meaning illegal alien rapists and killers are repeatedly released back onto the streets to kill again, often within 48 hours.

And of course this mini-drama isn't over by a long shot:  I predict the biden regime will let ol' Rigoberto out again--with yet another "notice to appear."  He won't, but will instead return to his rapist ways.

When he rapes again--and he will--Democrats will blame Globull Worming, or "the deadly poison gas carbon dioxide," or rising sea levels threatening to submerge dis po' refugee's sea-level homeland of Colombia.  Or maybe Trump.  Anything but the nation-destroying policies of their party, their congresswhores and their preznit.
