In DC, black thug fires 24 rounds on busy street; black judge orders him released

In the lawless shithole of DC an 18-year-old black thug fired either 24 or 26 rounds at a car on a busy street.  The shooting was caught on video, and two eyewitnesses identified him.

Two days later a black D.C. judge ordered the shooter released to "home confinement" with a GPS tracker on his ankle, claiming he wasn't a threat to the community.

Judge Lloyd U. Nolan, Jr. boasts about being "woke" and promotes BLM.  But totally unbiased.

Nolan RULED that the black shooter--who, let's recall, fired 24 or 26 rounds at cars but amazingly didn't hit anyone--*was not a threat to the community,* and ordered him released to *house arrest with a GPS monitor.*

It's well known that contractors in big cities who are hired to monitor GPS trackers often do no such thing, and dozens of thugs who are arrested at crime scenes are wearing the stupid things.  So they don't deter thugs.

The decision to release Moody on house arrest prompted outrage from many on social media. Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in  D.C. requested an emergency hearing to discuss the matter.  That hearing is scheduled for May 22.

Prosecutors noted that the shooter fired "approximately 26 times" at a car, "then disassembled the firearm and hid it."  The latter action would seem to indicate knowledge of guilt.

Even though the shooting was caught on video, and two eyewitnesses identified the defendant as the shooter, the black judge RULED that the defendant was no threat, and ordered him released.

By contrast, people who fired no guns, indeed didn't have one, but walked into the capitol building on J6 have been in prison for over 3 years now, and the corrupt DOJ is arresting still more.  Two sets of laws, citizen.
