Anyone see a pattern here?

Anyone see a pattern in the pic below?  A pattern of...utter deception?

 

Now, if you think this is an accident, I've got some oceanfront property in Nebraska I'll sell you, cheap.  Cuz you're really that dumb. 

This is a deliberate effort to fake the crime statistics.  And if you think it's only happening in one state, think again.

Wait, maybe it's just employees of the New Jersey state government who were just told to write "white" whenever the label said "race."  Didn't make sense, but being government employees they never questioned what they were told.
