White House keeps changing the story about the bag of cocaine found

Hey, anyone remember that trivial incident about a bag of white powder discovered in the White House?

The Secret Service claimed the bag was found in a cubbyhole near an entrance, but Mike McCormack says first responders from the D.C. fire department radioed their dispatcher that they found the bag in the library.

Now you'd think members of the Fire Department could tell the difference between "an entrance" and "the library," eh?  Maybe there's even a thing called a "floor plan" for the place that would show where the library is relative to the exterior entrance and what is it used for, eh?  Well there was, anyway.  Bet it's vanished now.

Reporters also asked about what the hundreds of surveillance videos showed around both locations.  And spokescreep Jake Sullivan--a corrupt CIA plant if I've ever seen one--had a reply ready to roll out:

"Normally both areas have video surveillance, but by bad luck both the camera in the library and in the hall outside it weren't working."

Reporter #1: "How long had those cameras been broken?"

Sullivan: "Just a few days, I believe."

Reporter #2: "When it was found that neither camera was working, was a repair request made?"

Sullivan: "We're still working on that."

Reporter #1: "Does that mean yes, no, or you don't know?"

Sullivan: "I'm not going to comment beyond what I've already said."

Reporter #3: "Have you found a way to blame Trump yet?"

Okay, a bit of satire there.  But all too plausible.
