European "court of justice" RULES that EU nations can't deport migrants who commit serious crimes

The "European Court of Justice," like the U.N., has been taken over by leftist pencil-necks--people who are, for practical purposes, morons.

If that sounds too harsh, consider the ECJ's most recent huge RULING: that EU nations can't deport "migrants" for committing serious crimes that pose a risk of personal harm to others.

The pencil-neck liberals have decided that migrants can only be deported if they commit *"particularly serious crimes"* that pose a "serious threat" to the local community.

Literally, the judges in Luxembourg have ruled that EU member nations can only deport scum thugs if they've  been convicted of an offense considered to be "particularly serious,” and that the thug poses a “real, present and sufficiently serious threat” to the local community.

The catch is, who decides those things, eh?  Why, "the competent authorities," of course.  And who are those?  The same corrupt, bleeding-heart liberal judges that made the ruling for the ECJ.  Local outrage or fear doesn't count a bit.

The pencil-neck liberal judges ruled that the fact that an immigrant thug has been convicted of merely a "serious crime" isn't sufficient.  Moreover, member states must also "weigh the interests of the asylum seeker against those of the receiving state."

I'm sorry, if some dipshit kills a 12-year-old girl (which happens almost every day in EU states), kick his worthless thug ass out *today.*  But the liberals won't allow that.

The judges specifically noted that a long history of un-serious crimes like burning cars or robbing banks can't be used to deport a thug.  Even if said thug (the court always calls 'em "asylum seekers") has been convicted of scores of what the pencil-necks call “minor” crimes like assault and battery, burglaries, thefts, muggings, drug offenses and the like, he still can't be deported.

And since penalties in EU countries for theft, muggings and the like are invariably short, this amounts to a green light for criminal migrants.  The moronic judges have decided the rights of migrants are more important than the right of European citizens to live in security.

EU states are locked into obeying this astonishing dumbassery because they gave up their soverignity to duh Collective when they joined.  And their corrupt  political "leaders" refuse to buck the "rules."

It's obvious that Europe encourages crime and the destruction of its societies by such RULINGS.  If these thugs did this in their countries of origin they'd be looking at execution or long jail terms in miserable jails--no TV, no recreation, 30 guys to a cell.

The EU has become a complete dumpster fire.  And here's the hoot: If you think that's not coming here, you're too damn dumb to reproduce.  If you doubt that, look at the Democrat-ruled shithole states and cities.  Look at Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, D.C, Atlanta, Philly, Baltimore, Chitcongo, NYC, Newark.  Think any of those holes will ever get tough on crime, ever?  

Nah, that would offend too many of their Democrat voters--especially now that felons in most Dem-ruled states can now vote.  Wow.
