Supposedly Catholic church in NYC hosts exhibit that transgenderism is a link to God

In the moral cesspool of Democrat-ruled, satan-ruled New York City is an allegedly Catholic church called "St. Paul the Apostle" that caters to the LGBTQRST community.  

Recently this allegedly "Catholic church" put a 3-painting exhibit called "God is Trans: A Queer Spiritual Journey" next to the altar.  The exhibit "explored gender ideology" and claimed transgenderism is a link to finding God.

Seriously.  Here's the artist's explanation of the work:

Commenters weren't pleased:

• There's something seriously wrong with certain elements of the church today.
• "Wokeness" is a more deadly pandemic than covid.
• That’s what happens when your Pope is woke.
  

Now, as a Christian I get that His message is love thy neighbor, and that we may "hate the sin but love the sinner."  But that's not even remotely the same as advocating for something as fundamentally effed up as transgenderism.

Christ didn't teach "encourage more people to be robbers," and in fact didn't tolerate the corrupt money-changers in the temple.  So I can't see this exhibit as anything remotely Christian.  But the same wokiez who advocate for releasing all killers and rapists, and letting muggers caught on video walk free with no bail pending trial are all giddy about this exhibit.
