Two leaks of classifed papers, two radically different responses from the Mainstream Media

Virtually the entire Mainstream Media is Leftist.  Unless you're a long-time student of propaganda and psychology you have no idea how powerful that complete control is.  Let's look:

If you're over 60 or so you may vaguely recall a guy named Daniel Ellsberg.  In 1971 Ellsberg gave the New York Times a classified history of the U.S. involvement in Vietnam from 1945 to 1967, which would come to be called the Pentagon Papers.  Ellsberg had worked on the study, which had never been made public.

In 1971 the Times ran the story on its front page.  For those unacquainted with history, the U.S. didn't leave Vietnam until March 29, 1973.  So the Times story undercut U.S. negotiating efforts with North Vietnam.  But hey, no matter.

In 1996 the Times said the Pentagon Papers showed that  that the Johnson administration had "systematically lied, not only to the public but also to Congress."

For giving this classified study to the Times Ellsberg was initially charged with conspiracy, espionage, and theft of government property.

All those charges were later dismissed, after Democrats investigating an attempt to plant a listening device in the headquarters of the Democrat National Committee.  Sort of like the FBI under Obozo wiretapping Trump's offices in Trump Tower prior to the 2016 election.

The difference was that no one was allowed to investigate the FBI's bugging of Trump Tower, cuz the Dems owned congress and a Dem was preznit.  Hmmm...

In the case of the Pentagon Papers the Left screamed that the crime was NOT that the classified report was leaked to the Times.  Oh no.  The Dems screamed that the *real* crime was that the White House had engaged in unlawful efforts to discredit Ellsberg.

The Left made Ellsberg a hero for leaking the damning report to the Times, and the media fawned over him.

Now contrast that with the way the Media has reported the story of the 21-year-old National Guard member who was just arrested for leaking classified documents that show, among other things, that there were 3 more Chinese spy balloons that the biden regime hid from the public, and that the White House and Pentagon have been lying about the Ukraine war all along.

Wait...the biden regime?  Lying to the public?  That's simply un-possible, citizen.

The media barely mentioned the contents of the leaked documents.  Instead the Media screamed that  leaking classified papers was just AWFUL, and they were delighted about the arrest of the 21-year-old leaker.  

As far as I've been able to find, this is the first time in U.S. history that the Mainstream Media (i.e. the Left) has complained about classified material being leaked.  Normally they're ecstatic about leaks--if they can be used to damage Republicans.

Two wars, two leaks of classifed papers.  And two radically different responses from the Mainstream Media.

Until Ukraine the Left never met a war it supported.
