Suitcase-stealing cross-dresser in charge of nuclear waste disposal (biden lackey) gets no jail time

If you pay attention to events outside your city you may remember this squirrely snowflake.  Do ya?

The squirrel is named Sam Brinton--claiming pronouns they and them, so right away you know it's a perfect fit for the biden regime.  And sure enough, biden's handlers appointed this goofy attention-wh*re to head some unimportant snowflake agency, like the Bureau of Faabulous Colors.

Oh wait...biden's handlers appoint Sam to head the agency in charge of nuclear waste disposal.  Ah, well, at least he probably can't do too much damage there, eh?

Of course the gay and tranny mafias knew all about Sam, and were ecstatic when Porridgebrain appointed him.  But you wouldn't have heard about that from the Mainstream Media--and you never, ever would have seen the wacko's picture--cuz that would cost the Democrats votes from boring, deplorable normies in flyover country.

Sam would never have come to anyone's attention (outside of conservative sites like Fox) except that he was caught red-handed--on video surveillance cameras--stealing womens' luggage from airport baggage claims.  And not just once, but TWICE.  So a few Mainstream Media outlets were forced to give this ten seconds of airtime, and newspapers put it on page five.

Roll that around for a minute:  This guy is supposedly SO smart that he doesn't suspect airport baggage carousels might have a few dozen video cameras watching 'em?  SAY, dat's really smaaht, eh?

Or maybe it's just that he's SO sure that as both a tranny AND a Democrat, he could never be fired or jailed for stealing.  Eh, probably both.

How much airtime, and front-page placement, would the Mainstream Media have given a straight Republican--say, Jim Jordan--if he'd done what the tranny had done?

See, the Media didn't want you to know the biden regime appointed a crazy, cross-dressing, suitcase-stealing thief to an semi-important post, eh?  Cuz some Americans might put 2 and 2 together:  Porridge appoints a tranny to the country's top "health" position, appoints goofy female who has NO EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER WITH ENERGY as "secretary of energy" and head of the DOE; appoints a gay small-town mayor with NO EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER IN TRANSPORTATION as secretary of transportation, and head of that department.  See a pattern yet?

SO...Sam's trial for stealing one of the two women's suitcases last year just ended.  The suitcase and its contents were valued at $3,700.   By STATE LAW, stealing anything valued at over $1,000 is a FELONY.  But as everyone know by now, when a Democrat breaks a law, the law is merely a suggestion.  Not mandatory.  And through the magic of Democrat corruption, the Democrat DA only charged this precious biden appointee with "misdemeanor theft."

And his sentence?  Zero jail time.  Just pay the victim for what you stole and you're free to go, princess.

Oh, the official press release said he was "sentenced" to 180 days in jail, but the Democrat judge suspended all of it.  So as noted above, no jail time, despite the official lie about "180 days."  And no fine for the theft.  Merely restitution.  So since Brinton gets to keep the clothes and other items he stole, it's as if he simply bought them.  Isn't that faaabulous?

 Of course you didn't hear a word about this until now.  Why?  Do you think it's trivial?  Would the Media tell you about it for weeks, with pics, if a Republican had done the same thing?  Of course.  But with a Dem tranny, crickets.

So...is anyone surprised that this goofy Democrat tranny got off with absolutely NO punishment...for a felony?  Think you or your friends could get a deal like that?
