FDA lies, claims they NEVER told Americans not to use ivermectin to treat Covid. Seriously.

One of the ways you knew the Soviet Union was a giant con was the way the rulers routinely "erased history."

There's a famous pic of Joseph Stalin walking along the Moscow river with one of his lieutenants.  The guy later gave Stalin some bad advice and Stalin had him executed.  But at that point the pic--showing the guy was a trusted advisor--had to go.  So government lackeys used what were then extremely tedious hand techniques to make the offending figure vanish from the pic.  It's a classic.

On a more practical level, the communist party onstantly set targets for industrial and food output for virtually everything. If the country missed the target, they simply went back and re-wrote the speeches and newspaper articles to change the target to whatever output was actually achieved, since the party's policies and orders always had to be seen as working.

You may have thought such shameless lying could never happen here.  Wrong.  Before the vax for duh Chyna virus was released, people reported amazing cures by using a safe, inexpensive drug called ivermectin, which had been approved by your own lying FDA for human use back in 1983 or so.  It was so amazing that the developers won a Nobel prize for it.

But the FDA--like the rest of the government--didn't want people to be cured of covid.  Instead they wanted to encourage a nationwide lockdown that would kill the booming Trump economy so the Democrats would win the 2020 election.

So instead of saying "We have no idea whether this will cure duh Chyna virus, and since most of our so-called experts are actually working for Big Pharma we're not about to study anything that could upset that rice bowl.  But since ivermectin has been THOROUGHLY tested and approved by us for human use, we can't keep you from using it.  Just be advised you're doing so at your own risk.  Even though it's totally safe.  Cuz, like, we approved it in 1983."

Instead the FDA created a webpage titled “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19.”  It said “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”  Hundreds of media outlets jumped on, sneering that the drug was "horse paste" and warning that people who used it were stupid.  This despite the fact that the fucking FDA itself had approved it for human use!

See this tweet from the FDA?  No, you don't, cuz it nevah happened.  Nope

A second post stated: “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.”

On a separate FDA webpage the agency wrote:
“Q: Should I take ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19?
 A: No.”

But during recent courtroom arguments, lawyers [spit] for the FDA *denied that the agency ever* told people to “stop taking ivermectin for COVID-19."

Seriously, they're claiming that bullshit, in COURT.

If you're unclear on how much of a lie this is, go back up and read "“You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it” again.

The FDA now claims this was merely "just a recommendation," and "informal."  Merely "nonbinding recommendations to consumers."

FDA lawyers claimed “The cited statements were not directives. They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful."

They described the directives as “merely conversational, not mandatory.”

Ah, really?  How about "Should you take ivermectin to treat covid?  Answer: No."  Unless you're a lawyer that's very damn directive.

Agency attorneys also claimed the agency "also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin.”  No, but the agency sure told governors that doctors who did prescribe it should be threatened with having their state medical licenses revoked.  And with that threat, many hospital chains fired doctors who prescribed it, or threatened them if they prescribed it.

Now the slimy, murderous FDA rat-bastards want you to believe none of that ever happened.

All this came out Nov. 1 in a federal court in Texas, in a lawsuit filed by three doctors who say the FDA illegally interfered with their ability to prescribe medicine to their patients when it issued statements telling people not to take ivermectin for covid.

Ivermectin is approved by the FDA for use by humans, just not specifically to treat COVID-19.  It's legal to use drugs approved for treating one disease to try treating a different disease--a practice called off-label treatment.  The FDA was well aware of this, yet issued their non-directive order anyway.

An attorney for the doctors told the court that the FDA’s actions “clearly convey that this is not an acceptable way to treat these patients.”

One of the doctors in the case is Dr. Paul Marik, who began prescribing ivermectin for COVID patients in 2020 while he was chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and director of the intensive care unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

After the FDA issued its warning statements, Marik was told to remove the protocol from the school’s servers while Sentara issued a memorandum to hospitals telling them to stop using ivermectin against COVID-19, citing the FDA directive.

The federal government--defending the murderous bastards at the FDA--has asked the judge to dismiss the case, claiming the plaintiffs lack standing because the injuries cannot be traced back to the FDA.

The FDA attorneys said the FDA could not be blamed for any injuries, and that any claimed injuries were caused by the conduct of independent third-parties conduct that could not have been predicted from the FDA's written statements.”

Agency attorneys claimed the FDA’s pages say people can use ivermectin if their health care provider prescribes it, and that the statements “did not set agency policy.”

Really?  What horseshit.  "Should you use it?  No."  Sure sounds like policy to me.

And my favorite communist-party argument (i.e.totally irrelevant but thrown out there to cloud a clear issue): They said the FDA’s position "could change in the future if new data becomes available."  Well ain't that generous.  And irrelevant to the question of damage from the policy back when they ordered it.

If the FDA calls ivermectin a horse dewormer, that implies it is only approved for animals, and the natural conclusion is that doctors who prescribe it are quacks, which is exactly what the FDA intended.

The FDA deliberately, cunningly warned both hospitals and doctors away from prescribing a known-safe, inexpensive drug that has been used for decades and taken by millions of people.

It’s one of the most famously safe drugs in the history of human medicine.  Yet the FDA deliberately made people stop using it, by implying to hospital chains that it was only for use on horses.

The FDA argued the "informal statements" were aimed at consumers and that the Twitter posts included links that linked to other pages, one of which did include a link to a page stating that the drug *might* have been approved for human use but was still dangerous because it hadn't been specifically approved to treat Covid.  See?  How could you possibly blame US?

The FDA also argued that “Plaintiffs, by their own admission, have continued to prescribe ivermectin. So they always had the authority.  *If some pharmacies refused to fill those prescriptions,* we certainly had nothing to do with that.  We can't imagine where pharmacies would get the idea not to fill legitimate prescriptions!  But the doctors themselves always had the authority to prescribe it.”

One more piece of evidence that the FDA is now lying when they said they didn't WARN Americans NOT to take ivermectin--despite knowing it cured covid:

"People should never take animal drugs" implies that ivermectin has not been approved for use by humans--by "your own" FDA.  It has been approved for human use, decades ago.  Humans have taken something like 4 BILLION doses.  The CDC itself has recommended the dose African immigrants to the U.S. should take before coming here.  Yet the FDA CLEARLY implies this is merely an "animal drug."

This is reinforced by the rest of the sentence: "...as the FDA has only evaluated their safety...in the particular species for which [a drug is] labeled."  But the FDA has already evaluated the safety for human use--decades ago.  For the FDA to say it has ONLY evaluated the safety of ivermectin "in the particular species for which [it has been] labeled"--after implying it's an animal drug--is using careful weasel-working to get people dying from covid not to use the drug that could have saved them.

The plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the FDA could increase their chances of winning the case by taking a survey outside a local WalMart, asking shoppers if they've heard anything from the FDA about taking ivermectin.

The mullahs who run the FDA and CDC and NIH can lie--with no fear of prosecution--because the law, as Americans used to know it, no longer exists.  As Democrat president Clinton, under oath, famously said in lying about sex with a 20-year-old intern in the Oval Office, "It depends on what the meaning of 'is' is."

Seriously, he said that.  In a sworn deposition, on video.  And got away with it.
