Mexican drug cartel convicted killer escapes, murders four U.S. teens and their grandfather

Your government at work: Gonzalo Artemis Lopez was a Mexican national and a hit-man for the La Mana drug cartel in Tamaulipas, Mexico.  Somehow he ended up in the U.S.

In 1996 Lopez “was convicted of two counts of Aggravated Assault in the U.S. and was sentenced to two 8-year prison terms.  Apparently those sentences were "concurrent," meaning bullshit: you serve just one term and the other is meaningless.  Some really sharp thinking there, sparky.  And the stupid bastards running your federal immigration didn't even deport the son of a bitch after he was released.

In any case, by 2006 Lopez was out, still in the U.S. instead of deported to Meh-hee-co.  He promptly kidnapped a man in the U.S. over a drug debt, held him for ransom and then killed him with a pickaxe, on orders of his drug cartel bosses.  He was convicted of capital murder and aggravated kidnapping and was sentenced to life in prison.  He then received another life sentence after being convicted of attempted murder in 2007.

On May 12, while being transported to a "medical appointment" in a caged section of a prison bus, Lopez somehow removed his shackles, cut through the cage, stabbed the driver and both exited the bus.  A second guard, apparently armed, "confronted" Lopez, who jumped back in the bus and drove off.  But either the guard or police shot out the tires and the vehicle stopped.  Lopez jumped out, ran in the woods and escaped..

Lopez stayed out of sight, possibly by hiding in a vacation home belonging to a Houston family.  On June 2 the man who owned the home apparently arrived at the home with his four grandsons, ages 11 to 18.  

Lopez fatally shot all five, and stole the man's truck.

Police later spotted the truck, and Lopez opened fire.  In long-delayed justice, Lopez was killed.

The killer for the Mexican mafia killed five American citizens in cold blood yesterday.  I mention this because this is the kind of thug who will still have guns, knives, clubs and pickaxes after biden and his band of Democrat jackboots confiscate your guns.

Oh, you say you think that can't happen here, because we the Second Amendment?  Really?  You really think biden has been obeying the Constitution in, for example, ORDERING companies to fire Americans who refused to take the jab?  How about in DECREEING that Title IX of the Civil Rights Act was now to add "gender preference" after that exact wording could NOT pass the senate and become law?

How about his ORDERING a new pipeline, already permitted and halfway built, to be stopped?  There is no Constitutional authority to do that, but that didn't bother the regime a bit.  He merely declared a new threat, a new "emergency," and then just...ORDERED the pipeline halted.  And since he controls the military, who could stop him?

Or how about this: The Eighth Amendment says  

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed...

So you'd think that if the regime refused to allow a defendant to post bail for, say, trespassing, that would be tantamount to "excessive bail" (since the defendant would not be given the right to post bail guaranteed by the Eighth Amendment) and thus would be banned by the Eighth Amendment.  Yet over 40 Americans who entered the Capitol on Jan 6th of 2021 are still in jail 17 months later, with no bail offered and in many cases without having been charged.  This is illegal--per the Constitution--and yet biden and the Dems wanted to do it to intimidate anyone who opposes them, so the Eighth Amendment is now a nullity.  The regime acts as if it didn't exist.

And you still think he won't order all guns confiscated because of the Second Amendment ?

The Democrat regime has repeatedly violated the Constitution.  Yet by cleverly selecting the moronic Cackles Harris as VP, no one dares to impeach the corrupt, lawless biden lest things get even worse.

(And as an aside: Try doing a search to find out if Lopez was in the U.S. illegally.  Not a single story of the dozens I found even raised the question.  Wow, hit-man for a Mexican drug cartel, yet not a single "reporter" thinks to ask whether the killer was in the country legally?  WTF?  Guess they've learned that when killers are illegals, asking that question irritates the biden regime, so reporters just don't ask.  Simple, eh?)
