Two BLM rioters who firebombed a police car got lenient plea deal, then FJB allowed 'em to undo it for a lighter one!

During the BLM riots in New York city in 2020, two rioters--Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman--were caught on video throwing a Molotov cocktail into a police car in New York. (For young Americans, a "Molotov cocktail" isn't a trendy drink for hipsters but is a glass bottle filled with gasoline, with a lit wick stuffed in the neck.  It's designed to start a big-ass fire in whatever it hits.)

Luckily for the police no cops were in the car, which was totally burned up.

Surveillance video also showed the pair trying to hand the firebombs to other BLM rioters.  And when cops caught the two they found another dozen gasoline bombs in the back seat of their car.

In the face of massive evidence, and a possible 30 years in jail for "domestic terrorism" (which Porridgebrain has repeatedly said is "the most serious threat in our nation's history!!!"), the pair took a plea deal, agreeing to plead guilty to just one lesser charge, with a max sentence of ten years.

Let me repeat that:  the two firebombers took a plea deal--an agreement with the gruberment to plead guilty.  You'd think that would be a done deal, eh?

But not if you're a Democrat/Leftist/biden regime supporter.

And sure enough, this week the biden regime allowed the two firebombers to undo their earlier plea deal, and instead Merrick Garlands "justice" department offered them an even more lenient deal, pleading guilty to an even less-serious charge than the already-reduced charge the government offered em months earlier!

They're now looking at just 18 months in jail.  

Compare that to the Jan 6th trespassers, who are still in the DC jail 16 months later, no bail allowed, and many not even charged.  And no trials on the docket even after 16 months.  

As we've noted many times, there are effectively two sets of laws in this nation: A very lenient set for politicians, the connected, the regime's muscle, firebombers and FBI thugs, and a very harsh one for conservatives.

Now, I'm pretty sure you never heard of these two firebombers before, because they're both hard-left attorneys and the Media doesn't do stories about crimes by raaacist Leftist firebombers.  But just try to imagine how the Mainstream Media would have reacted if an NRA member had firebombed an abortion facility.  Would have been headline news every day for three weeks.

Democrat shill:  "There is no such thing as media bias in favor of the Left.  If anything the media is biased toward conservatives and against liberals!"

Really?
