biden nominee for supreme court: "I do not hold a position on whether individuals possess natural rights"

Every new Supreme Court justice swears an oath that begins

I solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; [and] that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same....

Supporting the Constitution means agreeing with the core tenet of that document: that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.  So in swearing that oath the justice affirms his or her acceptance that people have unalienable (i.e., inherent, natural) rights, among which are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, freedom of speech, worship, assembly, and the press; the right to bear arms; the right to a swift trial before a jury of peers.

With that firmly in mind, consider the answer biden's ghastly black female supreme court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson gave to a senator's question at the senate hearing considering whether to confirm her to a lifetime position on that court:

Question: Do you hold a position on whether individuals possess natural rights, yes or no?

Response: I do not hold a position on whether individuals possess natural rights.

Consider that for a minute: "I do not hold a position on whether individuals possess natural rights."

This alone should totally disqualify her from an appointment to ANY judicial position--let alone a post on the supreme court.

Thanks, biden.  Thanks, Democrats.  Your plan to destroy America by destroying the God-given natural rights of her citizens is proceeding apace.
