Big Navy shipbuilder announces they won't comply with biden's "vax or be fired" order

In case you've been off-world for the last two months, in September the faux Resident, bidenfail, ORDERED all companies with 100 or more employees to fire any employee who refused to take the non-immunizing vax.

That was shortened to "vax or be fired."  And to the surprise of Democrats and elites, a few million Americans--around 20 percent or so--felt the Resident didn't have the authority to order that.

Can you imagine?  I mean, the cheek of these people!

But wait, it gets worse:  Biden ALSO ORDERED that any company--regardless of how small--that had a federal contract would have to order its employees to do the same --vax or be fired.  And even further: Biden ORDERED that every health-care provider that accepted Medicare payments must order all employees to do the same thing: vax or be fired.

Finally, Biden ORDERED that every member of the military would have to take the vax or be discharged.  And lots of Leftists were bleating that the discharges should be dishonorable!

Well...Newport News Shipbuilding builds ships and subs for the Navy.  Big defense contractor. And some stubborn employees actually had the gall to threaten to quit rather than take the jab.  Can you imagine??

Amazingly, management of the builder's parent company guessed that biden almost certainly didn't have the authority to order companies to fire employees who refused to take the jab, and they weren't eager to invite lawsuits from fired employees. So they did something most company execs wouldn't have the balls to do:  

They asked the Navy whether their contracts with the Navy required the company to obey biden's order.  Astonishingly, the Navy replied that the contracts didn't require that.

So the parent company of Newport News has announced that they won't enforce biden's order.

Oooh. Could this be the first of several thousand dominoes?
