OSHA won't enforce biden's "take the jab or you're fired" order while court order is pending

Wow.  Three weeks ago bidenfail announced that he was ordering OSHA to issue orders (cunningly disguised as an ""Emergency Temporary Standard" forcing companies to fire any employee who refused to take the jab.

Twelve days ago (November 5th) the obedient gophers at OSHA obediently published that "ETS" (86 Fed. Reg. 61402).

The bidenfail order triggered an avalanche of lawsuits from dozens of companies in many different states, claiming the order was unconstitutional.

Five days ago a panel of judges on the federal Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled that biden's order was a huge overreach, and ordered that OSHA "take no steps to implement or enforce" the ETS "until further court order."

The biden regime was totally dismissive.  Biden's deputy press secretary urged employees to go ahead and take the jab, to avoid the rush.  Biden's chief of staff, the oily Ron Klain, said he was confident the ruling would be upheld.

Thus it was surprising that just 20 minutes ago OSHA published a web page saying the agency "has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation."

Now: Obviously everyone can read, but unless you're a political junkie it's likely that few Americans grasp the significance of this, so let me explain:  First, the regime never expected this level of resistance.  After all, they'd perfectly prepped the battlespace: their allies in the Mainstream Media had  convinced their supporters that the vax was totally safe, and would keep the vaxxed from getting covid.  They'd also convinced Americans that anyone who refused to take the jab was "anti-Science," and a life-threatening danger to liberals and their kids.

Problem was, the number of what the CDC cunningly called "breakthrough cases"--people who got covid despite being fully vaxxed--was rising fast.  Lots of nurses claimed 75% of their covid patients were fully vaxxed.  Moreover, even though Fakebook and Twatter were instantly deleting all posts describing vax injuries and deaths, word on that was starting to leak out too.

Finally, even though virtually all Dem voters are vaxxed, and believe that anyone who isn't is an idiot who wants to kill their kids, even a few Democrat voters may have been starting to realize that firing someone for refusing the jab would cost people their homes and reduce their kids to poverty--things Dem voters have historically opposed.

So the regime saw that it was getting absolutely hammered in the polls--especially after the court ordered the "mandate" temporarily suspended.  (Defying a court invites comparisons to Richard Nixon.) Moreover, Dem strategists were beginning to worriy about the effect of two dozen lawsuits starting to go to trial around May of next year--just a few months before the midterm elections.   So top Dem strategists began looking for a way out.

Problem was, Dem leaders knew biden would never accept the obvious way out--for him to announce that his order was indeed unconstitutional and he was rescinding it.  So they needed a Narrative that would allow the regime to claim that biden's instructions (not an "order") to OSHA was misinterpreted by OSHA bureaucrats, that Joe and Kammie didn't have the faintest intention of ordering companies to force employees to take the jab or be fired, and that the court's criticism was actually directed at the OSHA gophers, not at biden.

Further, if the regime loses in court, it will claim that ALL adverse consequences after that--any economic problems or more deaths--could have been avoided if only the stupid, conservative 5th circuit hadn't derailed their "mandate."

The Dems' media shills will play along, pretending that biden's order to OSHA was actually just a suggestion, despite biden using the term "order."  And by next November the public will believe that biden's "suggestion for a mandate" would have had covid completely wiped out, but his perfectly reasonable plan was defeated by a rogue court.

It's so obvious a child could predict it.

Now the remaining question is, are the Dems ruthless enough to double-down and issue a new order that employers must require that all employees who refuse the vax must get tested every week, leaving the question of who pays unaddressed?  That's far more likely to pass Constitutional scrutiny.

One thing is certain: The Dems will never drop their demand that every American must obey anything they order, even if they lack the authority to order it.
