WH chief of staff endorses leftist MSM tweet admitting that ordering OSHA to order "vax or be fired" is "the ultimate workaround"
Right after bidenfail announced he was ordering OSHA to issue a "workplace safety" rule ordering all companies with 100 or more employees to fire any employee who refused to take the jab, MSNBC propagandist Stephanie Ruhle was ecstatic. She tweeted--truthfully--that biden instructing OSHA to order companies to implement the "take the jab or you're fired" order was "the ultimate work-around for the government to require vaccinations."
Of course Ruhle was just a media talking-head, so her revealing the truth obviously didn't mean what she said was actually the regime's reason for ordering OSHA to issue the "jab or be fired" order--even though everyone with a functioning brain knew that was exactly the reason.
Enter Ron Klain, bidenfail's chief of staff--who eagerly re-tweeted Ruhle's revelation.
Klain should have had enough sense to keep his mouth shut.
Hahahahahaha! What was I thinking, right? These dictators and their lackeys are SO sure they can get away with anything they want that they often reveal their true goals and methods out loud. It's like they don't care that voters know what they're really doing. (Hmmm....)
Why is Klain's seemingly harmless retweet of a Mainstream Media propagandist a huge deal? Because as bidenfail's chief of staff, it's reasonable to assume he knows the regime's policies and thinking. And by re-tweeting Ruhle's tweet--without saying "No, that's not at all what we were doing," Klain clearly endorsed Ruhle's observation.
As I noted above, it's like they don't care if the let voters know their real purpose. Klain clearly didn't care that voters saw him endorsing Ruhle's comment, without a dissenting word.
What Klain either didn't know or forgot was that a lawsuit was before the 5th circuit court of appeals. And that courts consider the *intent and purpose* of government policies when deciding whether a policy is Constitutional.
Klain just admitted that ordering OSHA--an agency tasked with "workplace safety"--to order companies to implement the regime's "vax or you're fired" policy was indeed "the ultimate workaround for the government to require vaccinations." In other words, they were trying to use a "workaround" to enable them to order something they knew they didn't have the authority to legally do.
Thanks, Ron--and Democrats--for admitting what everyone already knew.
Now amusing as this is, the really educational part will be to see what kind of crazy "legal reasoning" the mostly-corrupt Supreme Court will use to overturn the Circuit Court and rule that the Constitution actually gives the government the power to order "vax or be fired."
