"Woke" execs ordering employees to take jab or be fired, supposedly due to biden "order." But no such order exists! Interesting.

Unless you've been off-planet for the last month you've heard that president Porridgebrain ORDERED all companies with 100 employees or more to ORDER those employees to take the jab or be fired, right?

Amazingly, a lot of people think that's outrageous, so I've been looking for the exact text of the "executive order" he presumably signed ORDERING that, cuz I'm curious as to exactly how it's worded.  And guess what?

There ain't no such thing.  Seriously. 

The latest EO (Sept) relating to the topic was an order to agencies in the Executive branch to come up with “guidance” on how to get more people to take the jab.  Which is obviously vastly different than ORDERING all employers to, etc.

And yet a HUGE number of wokie corporations--run by chicken-shit "woke" execs who are eager to kiss Democrat ass--have taken the bait and ordered their employees to take the jab by X date, or be fired.

This is a bit...odd...cuz you'd think the wokie execs would have had their legal department check out what the actual, written EO demanded, before risking a ton of wrongful-discharge lawsuits from employees they fired for not taking the jab, eh?  Cuz if there is NO executive order by the "jab or fired" date, companies don't have any legal cover for wrongful discharge, eh?

Yeah, I know the wokie execs can still argue that even without an EO from Porridge and Ho they had the absolute right to ORDER all their employees to take the jab or be fired, cuz if they didn't jab, duh DEADLY PANDEMIC GONNA KILL EV'RYONE!  

Really?  Would dat be duh deadly pandemic wif' a 99.98% survival rate?  

Would dat be duh same "deadly pandemic" that millions of Indians and Mexicans have been cured of, in five days, by a cheap, totally safe drug that our own FDA has repeatedly said AMERICANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE?  The same FDA that has said ivermectin--which won the 2015 Nobel prize for medicine--is DANGEROUS?  Repeately implied it was only safe for animal use?

Because there is NO actual order from the Dems, there's no legal cover for the wokie execs, so unless every attorney in the country is scared off by the threat of gruberment retaliation, I think lawsuits are inevitable.  And I can't WAIT to see how they play out.

Of course Team Democrat could prevent all those suits by rushing out an EO that would make the formal ORDER before any workers were fired, eh?  Ooops, too late!  But there's a MUCH larger point here that everyone needs to understand:

The Dem pols running the presidency know they could issue the EO now, but they don't give a damn if every business that's fired workers gets sued into bankruptcy.  Wouldn't bother them a bit.
