Big hospital chain won't fire unvaxxed nurses who have a valid medical exemption, but will make 'em wear a...

Well isn't THIS fascinating:  The biggest hospital chain in North Carolina had DEMANDED that all employees--including nurses who have been treating covid patients for 20 months--take the jab or they'd be FIRED.  But then one of the "suits" apparently got a tiny whiff of wakeup.dumbass, and realized that they'd end up firing, oh, maybe 30% of their nurses.

Uh...um...ahh..."Should we maybe re-think this?"

So they did.  And here's what those brilliant Hahvahd grads came up with:  "We are gracious and merciful, so if you have a valid religious or medical exemption, we won't fire you if you refuse to submit.  We'll just require you to wear a special badge that tells everyone you're unvaccinated.  And if you refuse, you'll be fired."

Nurses: "Um...isn't it against federal law to disclose someone's medical records to unauthorized people?"

Exec: "You mean HIPAA?  Nah, that doesn't apply here."

Nurses: "Really?  You seem awfully sure of that, cuz we're pretty sure that hasn't been adjudicated yet."

Exec:  "Oh, we have VERY good relations with the Administration, including with za powerful Reichsfuhrer--excuse me, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, so we know the regime--excuse me, the Administration will rule in our favor."

The pic below shows the old ID badge and the new yellow star blue line badge.  But we're sure almost all the nursing staff will do as they're ordered.  After all, the new "I'm unvaxxed" badges are simply stating a fact, right?  How could anyone object to that?
