Chitcongo: Black gunmen kill rapper as he walks out of police station; knew when he was bonding out

In Chitcongo a rapper had been jailed for violating parole from a "gun violation."  Moments after he bonded out of jail at 9pm Saturday night, two cars roared up, eight black gunmen jumped out and shot the guy 64 times.

The gunmen also killed a 60-year-old woman who had just posted the guy's bond.

If those things aren't shocking enough, consider that the killers were brazen enough to shoot the guy ten feet from the door of the police station where he'd been held.

Welcome to Chitcongo, where certain folks know they can kill two people feet from the door of a police station, and get away with it.  Cuz no prosecution.  No pursuit allowed.  Just wonderful, eh?
