Cali: Two black thieves grab armloads of clothes and *saunter out* of the store, knowing there's no penalty

Two black makes in a store in Cali grab double-armloads of clothes and casually stroll out.  No attempt to run cuz in shithole Cali there's no need to since the state has effectively decriminalized theft of under $950 per thief.

Read that again, slowly:  The Democrats who have ruled California for decades have made a LAW that anyone can simply steal whatever they want from your store and saunter out, smirking, and *effectively* there's no penalty.  (Thieves could theoretically get a $50 ticket, but that's only if the cops arrive in time, which they won't.  The cops won't even respond to a call of walk-out thefts.)

The morons who rule Cali believe this law--decriminalizing theft--will have no negative effects whatsoever.  By contrast, people with an IQ over 80 instantly recognize that as utter horse-shit. 

Which of those ideas strikes YOU as correct?

Would you open a retail business in a state that had such a law?  Can you predict the inevitable result?

A friend who works at Walgreens related this experience:  DemonRat thug came in, got a shopping cart and filled the cart up with beer.  As he walked out without paying the mgr said “You can’t do that.”

Thug replied, “Try to stop me.”  He knew the company had told employees not to try to stop any member of a protected class who stole merchandise, and that the city's DemonRat rulers had told their supporters they wouldn't be prosecuted for stealing.

As the thug walked out he said “I’ll be back.”  And sure enough, after putting the stolen beer in his trunk he then came back and stole another cart full of beer, loaded up his car and took off.
