A commenter tells how Dems always win every office in Philly

Here in Philly, on election day Democrat candidates send out school buses to public-housing projects (low-income residents, all of whom *would* vote Dem if they were motivated to vote and could get to the polling place) and promise to give residents $20 if they'll get on board and vote.  They drive them to the polling place and give everyone a $20 bill as they get off the bus--along with campaign literature for the Democrat candidate who set it all up.

The clue here is that instead of the candidate spending campaign funds to charter buses, the Dem sends out school buses at no cost to the candidate, because the candidate has a relative.on the school board, or who is principal of a school and can order it to happen.  Driver--a Democrat, of course--gets paid overtime so he or she is happy as a clam.

All illegal as hell but it's been going on for years, and the corrupt Dem-ruled school system and DA never prosecute.  Literally, no one cares.  Democrat rule in action.
