Most rational adults know that if you want people to NOT do X, you need to provide some sort of disincentive for doing it.

Thus when a pair of bullies sucker-punched a much smaller 13-year-old at a California middle school, killing him, a California judge decided to send a clear message, in the hope of getting parents of barbarian children to get their spawn to not bully people.  After all, anti-bullying has been a huge cause of Dems and liberals for decades.

So to send that message judge Roger A. Luebs sentenced the two killers to...community service.  No prison, not even juvie.

Luebs also barred the press from even releasing the names of the killers, bleating that the killers were "just children" so he didn't think anyone should know who they were.

Multiply by 100,000 and you see why the country is crashing as the murder rate soars.

Liberals are already blaming the death of the 13-year-old on Trump.
