Seattle spends $64,000 per homeless person PER YEAR.  How many people does the city gruberment actually house with all that money per person?  Hard to say.  What's obvious--as in, visible to all--is that there are still thousands of people living on the streets. 

Which prompted one resident of that city to ask, "Where does all that money GO?"

 

The answer should be obvious.  Into the pockets of the people connected to the people running the city, county and state.
