Oregon: Teachers refuse to go back to classroom unless they get vax; they get it, and...still refuse

Teachers in Oregon refused to return to classroom teaching, claiming it was too dangerous until they'd all gotten the wunnerful vaccine.  As a result, the corrupt lesbian governor of that sorry state (Kate Brown) jumped teachers to the top of the queue for the vaccine, pushing 25-year-old teachers (unlikely to get the virus and even less likely to be hospitalized for it) ahead of vulnerable 80-year-olds.

So problem solved, eh?  Hahahahahahaha!  Not on your life.  Teachers are again refusing to return to work, even after the governor allowed 'em to jump the line to get the vaccination.  And the state's two largest teacher's unions are backing the refusal.

Listen as the president of the Portland Association of communists Teachers explains this very...um...nuanced position:

"We did ask for teachers to be vaccinated before a return to in-person learning. Because that makes sense. We did not ask for a timeline for that to happen at the expense of anybody else.  Teachers would much rather have had their parents vaccinated. It has been a very difficult position to be in, to be told you will get the vaccine before others."

"But it certainly feels to a lot of teachers like being put in a terrible position where we've been given a thing that is so needed in our community, that people are literally dying for not having access to, and then told, because we were given this, we need to go into live instruction, even though there are so many unanswered questions and concerns about whether that is going to cause an increase in community spread. It is a terrible position to be put into."

Wait, skank:  You got the vax you and your extortionate union demanded as a condition of agreeing to go back to work.  You then got what you demanded, but now you STILL refuse to go back to work.  What are you holding out for NOW?  You whine that "there are so many unanswered questions..about whether that is going to cause an increase in community spread."  But you were all too happy to get the damn vaccine before truly vulnerable people, even though you say you didn't want that.

Whine away, lady.  Your excuses sound like...um...oh yeah: bullshit.

Keep it up, honey.  Don't EVER go back to the classroom.  I really think that would be best for our kids and the country.  And to the parents of Oregon school kids:  Keep voting for socialist morons like Kate Brown, cuz Kate really knows how to run a state, eh?  Yay, Democrats!
