Pelosi and co. have already introduced a bill to legalize all the fraud in the Nov and Jan elections

You simply won't believe this, so I've include a link to the actual, ghastly, thieving bill at the end.

Unless you follow politics closely, you've never heard about a bill introduced by Pelosi, cunningly named the "For the People Act of 2021."  The title doesn't tell you what it does, and is totally innocent-sounding, eh?  I mean, how could anyone even dream of opposing a bill called the "For the People Act," right?

The bill would legalize virtually all the fraud used in the November and January elections, ensuring Republicans never win another national election.  And it's significant that it was the first bill Pelosi introduced in the new congress.

I'll list the details below, but first let’s note Article II, Section I, clause II of the Constitution, which says "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress…"

In other words, the Founders specifically provided that the power to establish rules for elections rests with state legislatures, not Congress.

The proposed bill would take power this away from the states, replacing it with federal law.  And although the terms of this piece of crap state that it applies to federal elections, a trick called the Supremacy Clause allows the courts to expand it to state elections too.

If this bill made elections less vulnerable to fraud, it would be worth considering, but in fact it does the opposite.  Here are 12 places where Pelosi's bill invites fraud--fraud that will be perfectly legal if Pelosi and her party succeed in making this a law.  (And with control of both chambers and the presidency, it's a sure pass):

1). Forces the states to allow people to register to vote on-line, without showing ANY ID.  Signature would be electronically submitted.  The fraud potential of not having to appear in person or show any ID is obvious.  And of course Dem poll "workers" could easily replace one electronic sig with a fraudster's sig if desired.

2) Sec 1005 forbids states from requiring that people registering to vote provide a full Social Security number, just last 4 digits.  This would make it impossible to verify that the person registering was a U.S. citizen--which of course is the real purpose.

3) States would be ordered to automatically register people to vote when they applied for a driver's license, unless the person declined.  Illegal aliens rarely decline, and hundreds of thousands have been illegally registered in states that already have "motor voter" registration, like California and Nevada.

4) States would be ordered to register 16-year-olds to vote.  At first glance you might not think this has much fraud potential.  Problem is, in the November election thousands of votes appear to have been cast by people under 18.  Since voter registration cards and rolls don't give the voter's age, when this bill becomes law poll workers won't be able to tell whether someone voting is legally eligible to vote.  Having the registration card will allow that person to vote--illegally and with no possibility of that person's vote being identified.
To see how hard it is to understand the meaning of what this bill would mandate, read the 'graf below.  Staffers of these congresswhores deliberately write bills so most people have no idea what the hell the bill will do if passed!

"(d) Treatment of Individuals Under 18 Years of Age—A state may not refuse to treat an individual as an eligible individual for purposes of this part on the grounds that the individual is less than 18 years of age at the time a contributing agency receives information with respect to the individual, so long as the individual is at least 16 years of age at such time. Nothing in the previous sentence may be construed to require a State to permit an individual who is under 18 years of age at the time of an election for Federal office to vote in the election.

5) All states would be forced to allow "same-day registration," meaning a fraudster could show up on election day claiming to be Joe Smith, register without any ID and immediately cast a vote.  This was a huge source of fraud last November, because there's no way to verify that a) the person is legally entitled to vote, and b) that he hasn't also voted by mail, before the ballot is cast.  Once that person's ballot is mixed with all others it's impossible to detect a double-vote or illegal vote.

   (1) REGISTRATION.—Each State shall permit an eligible individual on the day of a Federal election—
       (A) to register to vote in such election...

This is so cunning, because despite using the word "eligible" in the first line, there's no time for poll workers to verify whether someone who wants to register and immediately vote is legally eligible to vote, before the person votes!  It's a huge invitation to fraud, and would now be perfectly legal--in every state.

6) Appropriates $25 Million "to eligible states to enable such States to carry out a plan to increase the involvement of individuals under 18 years of age in public election activities in the State."  At first glance this may not seem problematical, but what states would be "eligible" for some of this sweet money?  Who would decide?  Well look who is ramming this piece of crap into law.  This will be used to get under-18s to vote Democrat in Dem-ruled states.

7) Would make it illegal for honest-election activists to use official "national change of address cards"--which people who move fill out--to show that people who voted in a state had moved out of state and were thus not eligible to vote in their original state.
In Georgia, before the January senate runoffs that gave the Democrats control of the senate, Republicans found that thousands of people who'd filed NCOA cards saying they'd moved out of state were still registered to vote in their previous county.  A judge who just happened to be the sister of Democrat wacko Stacey Abrams ruled that the NCOA card could NOT be used to challenge a vote.
This ruling obviously makes it possible for people to vote in two states in the same election (obviously illegal), in a way that will be impossible to detect under the new "no ID needed to vote" provision of this bill.

8) Would force all states to allow convicted felons to vote.  (Surveys show virtually all felons vote Democrat--something about the party is very attractive to 'em.)  If that's not enough of a signal as to the real goal of this bill, the bill even adds another provision designed to get felons to vote Dem: HR-1 would force every state to notify every convicted felon, *in writing*, that he/she can now vote.  Cuz who can we count on to vote for the best interests of the country more than convicted drug dealers, murderers, rapists and similar, eh?

   >>(1) NOTIFICATION—On the date determined under paragraph (2), each State shall notify in writing any individual who has been convicted of a criminal offense under the law of that State that such individual has the right to vote in an election for Federal office pursuant to the Democracy Restoration Act of 2021 and may register to vote in any such election and provide such individual with any materials that are necessary to register to vote in any such election.

9) Would force all states to allow early voting.  This makes it easier for a determined fraudster who's registered at several locations in a city, under different names (since no ID needed, and only last-4 of SSN), to vote in all those locations.

10) This is a huge one, buried deep down in the bill where they don't expect many people to discover its proposed rules:
      *Forces every state to allow everyone to vote by mail;
      *Forbids states from requiring ANY form of identification to get a ballot by mail;
*Legalizes unlimited ballot harvesting in every state
*Forbids states from requiring that mail-in ballots be either witnessed (with signature) or notarized.  This means fraudsters can request unlimited ballots, claiming to be different people, then cast those ballots without even requiring a witness claiming to "attest" that the voter is who they claim to be.  It opens the door to massive undetectable fraud, of the type we saw in the November election.
Of course you probably don't believe this.  You can't believe Pelosi and her band of cunning thieves would be so damn brazen to make these fraud-begging provisions national LAW, eh?  Well take a look:

Sec. 307:  "PROMOTING ABILITY OF VOTERS TO VOTE BY MAIL"

   (a) Uniform Availability of Absentee Voting to All Voters—
         (1) IN GENERAL- If an individual in a State is eligible to cast a vote in an election for Federal office, the State may not impose any additional conditions or requirements on the eligibility of the individual to cast the vote in such election by absentee ballot by mail.

(2) ADMINISTRATION OF VOTING BY MAIL—

(A) PROHIBITING IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT AS CONDITION OF OBTAINING BALLOT—A State *may not require an individual to provide any form of identification* as a condition of obtaining an absentee ballot, except that nothing in this paragraph may be construed to prevent a State from requiring a signature of the individual or similar affirmation as a condition of obtaining an absentee ballot.

(B) PROHIBITING REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE NOTARIZATION OR WITNESS SIGNATURE AS CONDITION OF OBTAINING OR CASTING BALLOT.—A state may not require notarization or witness signature or other formal authentication (other than voter attestation) as a condition of obtaining or casting an absentee ballot.

(3) PERMITTING VOTERS TO DESIGNATE OTHER PERSON TO RETURN BALLOT.—The State—
    (A) Shall permit a voter to designate any person to return a voted and sealed absentee ballot to the post office, a ballot drop-off location, tribally designated building, or election office... and
    (B) May not put any limit on how many voted and sealed absentee ballots any designated person can return...

11) Forces states to allow people to vote without presenting ANY form of identification, just a written statement saying "I am who I say I am, and I'm eligible to vote."  Again, opens the door to massive, undetectable fraud.

  (1) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in subsection (C), if a State has in effect a requirement that an individual present identification as a condition of receiving and casting a ballot in an election for Federal office, the State shall permit the individual to meet the requirement—
     (A) in the case of an individual who desires to vote in person, by presenting... a sworn written statement, signed by the individual under penalty of perjury, attesting to the individual’s identity and attesting that the individual is eligible to vote in the election;

This next one is a bombshell.  I'll show you the text, and most of you won't see the monster:

12) Sec. 3201: "NATIONAL STRATEGY TO PROTECT UNITED STATES DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS."

Hey, who could argue with that, right?  Read on:

(a) In General—Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President...[5 lines of mislead deleted] shall issue a national strategy to protect [against?]any cyber-attacks, influence operations, disinformation campaigns and other activities that could undermine the security and integrity of the United States democratic institutions.

(b) The national strategy required under subsection (a) shall include consideration of the following:
    (1) The threat of a foreign state actor, foreign terrorist organization (as designated pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189)), or a domestic actor carrying out a cyber-attack, influence operation, disinformation campaign, or other activity aimed at undermining the security and integrity of United States democratic institutions.
    (3) Potential consequences, such as an erosion of public trust or an undermining of the rule of law, that could result from a successful cyber-attack, influence operation, disinformation campaign, or other activity aimed at undermining the security and integrity of United States democratic institutions. **

Didja catch the bombshell?

Look again: Notice the three times the bill uses the phrases "influence operation," "disinformation campaign" and "...other activity that could undermine the security and integrity of the United States democratic institutions."

What, exactly, does Pelosi consider an "influence operation"?  How about a "disinformation campaign"?  What does Pelosi mean by "...or other activity that could undermine the security and integrity of the United States democratic institutions"?

All three phrases are highly subjective, and deliberately not defined.  Which means they'll be defined as anything the Democrats want.

What this section would do is make it a federal crime to a) warn Americans if evidence is found that one party was preparing to undertake massive election fraud; and b) to allege that one party had committed election fraud.

Other provisions in the bill would explore the idea of allowing congress to take over the drawing of congressional districts.  But given the other fraud-inducing provisions, this outrage pales by comparison.

This cunningly named "For the People Act" would legalize most of the methods Democrats used to steal the presidential election, and then control of the senate.  Please share this with everyone you know.

If you have lots of time and want a real education on how ghastly this bill is, click this link to read the whole thieving thing.

Note that this is from congress.gov, in case you think it's so outrageous that it surely must be satire.

Finally:  If you do a search for "HR-1", or "the For the People Act" all you'll see is the 2019 bill, which quickly passed the Dem-controlled House but wasn't taken up by the senate.  You'll have a hard time finding ANY reference to the 2021 version of this bill.

This decision--to put the 2019 version first and not show any reference to the 2021 version--seems to have been a deliberate move by Google et al to lull the average reader into believing this bill is no longer a Dem/Pelosi push.  Nope, it's already been introduced again this year, in fact on January 4th.  And since the Democrats now control the entire f'n government (thanks to two stolen elections), you can count on this piece of crap to become federal law within a few months.

You'll only get the current bill if you search "for the people act 2021".  Again, I suspect this was deliberate, since most searches return the newest results first.
