Rich NYC kid joins BLM mob in smashing $100,000 of windows; DA drops charge, case to be dismissed and SEALED

"JUSTICE, COMRADES!  We demand justice!!!!  Well, certain kinds of justice, for our causes.  Justice for you peons?  Don't be silly!  We're the only ones who can get 'justice' to mean what we say it means, nothing more, nothing less."

On September 4th 150 Black Lives Matter protesters marched through Lower Manhattan, shattering the windows of five banks and several other businesses.  The protest-turned-riot, which caused $100,000 in damage, was organized by the New African Black Panther Party and the Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement.

One of the smashers was a poor 20-year-old rich kid, Clara Kraebber.  The daughter of wealthy parents, Clara is big on demanding justice, and knows how to get her version of it:  Have your parents call a good lawyer.

Though she and her fellow comrades were initially charged with felony riot, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office didn’t prosecute that charge against any of the destroyers, instead charging the rampaging rioters with...uh... "possession of a graffiti instrument.

And the penalty?  I'll bet you've already guessed, right?  

Nada.  Kraebber "accepted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal."  If she stays out of trouble for six months, the case against her will be dismissed and sealed. 

After her arrest authorities found dozens of pages of hand-written notes outlining her plan to take over luxury apartments abandoned by “white flight,” use them to house the indigent and defend them by throwing bricks off rooftops.

The young revolutionary comrade also outlined a plan by which Black Lives Matter would "accept" wealth re-distribution.

In an ironic twist, Kraebber’s parents own a $1.8 million co-op with river views.  And after her brief arrest she fled to her parents' second home in Connecticut--with 4 bedrooms, on 7 acres. 

Hey, I'll bet all my fellow serfs are sure delighted that this nation is "a nation of laws," eh?  Cuz for a moment there I thought this poor communist was gonna' get off with no punishment at all! 

Oh wait...

If your kid joined a riot that smashed $100,000 of glass, do you think he or she would get off with "case dismissed"?  Think you'd be paying a chunk of those damages?  But in "woke" NYC, the damaged businesses won't even bother trying to send a demand letter, let alone sue to try to collect.  In woke NYC that would amount to calling the mobs in to do it again.  Instead they just hope that next time, some other business gets its windows smashed instead of theirs.
