U.K. judge upholds firing of woman who tweeted "men cannot change into women;" now "settled law"
In the U.K. a woman was fired because she tweeted an opinion that a judge ruled illegal: that biological sex is real and not just a fantasy.
The judged RULED that her beliefs were not entitled to protection under British law and "not worthy of respect in a democratic society."
This judge has RULED that British law now holds that it is illegal to suggest that trans "women" are in any way different from actual women.
"Illegal to suggest that trans...are in any way different from actual women."
This is coming to America sooner than you think.

A researcher who was fired from her job at a think-tank after tweeting that transgender women cannot change their biological sex has lost in court. She claimed her tweets, such as "men cannot change into women," were protected under the 2010 Equality Act.
But Judge James Tayler ruled that ruled her opinions were "absolutist" and did "not have the protected characteristic of philosophical belief."People are now being fired for not bowing to the PC crowd. Witness the man who was sentenced to 16 YEARS in prison for burning a gay-pride flag, even though the damn Supreme Court has ruled that burning an American flag can't be prosecuted cuz "free speech."
The judge dismissed her claim, writing "[Forstater] is absolutist in her view of sex and it is a core component of her belief that she will refer to a person by the pronouns she considered appropriate, even if it violates their dignity and/or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment. This approach is not worthy of respect in a democratic society."
